Those with ticks, exclusive to current paid members
Membership runs for twelve months from whenever you join. At present we offer one category of membership: Individual Membership (£12 a year). From April 2021 we will be introducing an additional category of Group Membership (£20 a year). This will be for organisations and community orchard groups who will be able to nominate up to five members of their group to hire equipment on behalf of the group, receive our newsletters by email and to qualify for the members’ discount rate when booking on Orchard Link courses and events.
Around Christmas, we will email those who will be switching to Group Membership to explain the process to get 5 people registered under their Group.
Your can pay your subscription using your PayPal account, or create an account or by using your credit or debit card if you do not want to join PayPal. When it comes to renewal you can renew at any time before your subscription expires; the new year will start on the expiry of the old, whatever date you choose to renew. If you let your subscription expire, you can still login to renew, but other member pages will be closed to you.
Note: To protect us against possible fraudulent loss of equipment, new members hiring for the first time will be required to submit evidence of their address; we will contact you after you have made your booking to facilitate this.

Please note that if you are paying by PayPal, your Paypal email must EXACTLY match the email you enter in the Registration Form (gmail and googlemail are NOT the same thing to our website). As well as submitting your details you will choose a username and a password. You should then log in. Once you have logged in as a Basic member you should follow the link to pay for your membership. Once that is processed you will have full access to the website, including the Hire Booking page and the Hire Calendar.
